Promotional codes (also referred to as offer codes and discount codes) are each redeemable only once. Isle of Wight Pearl reserves the right to withdraw a promotional code at any time. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or any other offer, and only one promotional code can be applied to each purchase. Promotional codes are redeemable instore and online unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions for that offer.
The Crown loyalty club card entitles you to year-round exclusive rewards and seasonal offers communicated instore and via e-mail. Each Crown loyalty club offer has unique terms and conditions outlined at the time the offers are running. Isle of Wight Pearl reserves the right to withdraw the Crown loyalty club offers at any time. The Crown card offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or any other offer. Crown Cards are limited to one per person and are for personal use exclusively by the registered cardholder. Crown Cards cannot be distributed or shared or used for commercial purposes.
Isle of Wight Pearl reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Crown Card, any benefits or membership to the Crown Customer programme, if Isle of Wight Pearl believes the Crown Card is not being used in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Isle of Wight Pearl Crown Cards can only be used in Isle of Wight Pearl, the Isle of Wight Pearl Café and on iowpearl.com.

- Free restring – valid for Isle of Wight Pearl jewellery only
Crown Customer rewards are subject to change and we reserve the right to cancel, alter or withdraw a reward at any time without prior notice.

If we do give our consent, then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the Vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. Our website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced or offers may be incorrectly applied. We will normally verify prices as part of dispatch procedures so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
